Parent/Player Packet - The parent/player packet includes the player budget, important dates, fundraising information, player registration instructions, parent/player code of conduct, financial agreement, and liability waiver. 

Code of Conduct and Financial Responsibility Agreement - Must be completed and signed by all players and parent before being submitted to a coach. 

Drillers Liability Waiver - Must be signed by all parents before being submitted to a coach.  

Sponsor Form - To help defer the cost of the player fee, this form can be used to obtain a sponsor.
